The best realtor in the city of Philadelphia... My husband and I had a long Journey selling our home with that being said Kevin stuck with us to the end with lots of patients and made sure we didn't get low-balled and made sure settlement was complete.

Kevin the realtor for many years now has assisted me in some of the hardest real estate decisions I have ever had to make. When you think you may not qualify for a mortgage he gives you hope and motivation . He is always available and gives you a play by play of the process. Being a working mother is hard enough but having Kevin Smith as a Realtor and eventual friend makes the process smooth. Joe and Stacey did an amazing job with selling my house! I decided to sell my house while living in a different state and was 9 months pregnant at the time.
